This person calls and pretends to be police officer to harass people. She's a real winner. She calls about bogus situations/ incidents and tries to intimidate you. She focusses her games on ex boyfriend/girlfriend situations.

Under PA state law calling a person and impersonating an officer is a crime punishable with 2 years in prison and a $5000 fine. If this WAS an officer acting on their own off duty it is still a crime. Private citizens have rights too.
